Nordic Pure Pure Carbon Pleated Air Filters feature a durable, non-woven polyester base media infused with charcoal. Our pleated design provides three times as much carbon media per A/C filter but maintains excellent air flow.
We make our Pure Carbon air filters using a heavy duty, moisture resistant beverage board frame. Metal mesh support grids are bonded to the pleats for extra support. These can be used as a stand-alone filter in furnaces, as well as a pre-filter in high-efficiency commercial HVAC units.
Pure Carbon HVAC filters help control and neutralize strong odors from pets, garbage, bathrooms, and smoke. They remove Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) like chemicals from cleaning products. Regularly change your AC air filters for fresh, clean air in your home or office. For maximum odor control, replace your filter every 30-90 days.
Important Note: Most furnace filters have a different “actual size” than the nominal size printed on the filter. Measure your air filter for the EXACT size and compare it to our “Actual Size” to ensure a correct fit.
